- JOMDoc is now fully integrated in TNTBase
- An "Abstract Documents Module" which allows for context-sensitive concretion and abstraction of documents.
- Refactored and unified notation and variant modules. See the documentation, especially the public API changes section for how to adapt to this refactoring.
- Refactored and unified the URI resolvers used in JOMDoc (see documentation).
- Better portability and user-friendliness by having XSLT, CSS, standard OpenMath notations and RelaxNG schema files bundled in the JOMDoc jar.

Known Problems
- #626 - high memory consumption of ImportsAware notation sources. Until this ticket is resolved try to use this source with cache overwriting disabled, in case memory is a problem.
