The JOMDoc notation service can and should be used for our systems (SWiM and panta rhei). For this, JOMDoc needs to provide the respective interfaces.

Request, suggestions, and further discussion should be attached to this ticket. For system-specific discussion, refer to the tickets for integrating panta rhei (ticket:37) and SWiM (ticket:38).
